The Lone Rowboat

There is a lone rowboat sitting afloat in the backyard of a stranger. It is tied with one string. It sits there just waiting to be unleashed and do what it is meant to do, float you across the mirroring water to get you to safety on the other side, or to leisurely stroll across the mirrored water and make ripples, but right now it just sits tied up.
